Announcement about another military aggression that was unleashed by the armed forces of Azerbaijan against the Republic of Artsakh on September 19

From September 19, another military aggression was unleashed by the armed forces of Azerbaijan against the Republic of Artsakh, which violates the principles of international law and the provisions of the Trilateral Declaration on the cessation of hostilities of November 9, 2020.

According to the data reported by the Human Rights Defender of Artsakh, there are 35 wounded among the civilian population: 13 children, 15 women and 7 men, and 7 victims, including women and children.

We call on the Republic of Armenia and the international community to take immediate measures to stop Azerbaijani aggression and prevent catastrophic risks.

Based on the situation, we inform you that the events and courses planned by the Organization in September are postponed.
