Women’s Rights House conducted a training on the importance of self-esteem and the manifestations of self-care in a woman’s life.Self-esteem is the opinion we have about ourselves and the ability to evaluate ourselves.
It is an integral part of a person’s self-awareness, through which a person evaluates his/her own abilities, skills, also disadvantages.
.It is one thing to know that we are valuable, capable, smart, beautiful, it is another thing to feel that we affirm it.
In order to have high self-esteem, it is necessary to respect, to evaluate ourselves, to teach the others to do the same.
When we have a high level of self-esteem, we begin to use self-care: when you ask yourself what you need, you get the answer and follow it.
One of the brightest examples of self-care is to say “NO”
Let’s learn to say no when we do not want to or can not do anything.
