Today, we hosted Knarik Harutyunyan, the head of the “Civil Contract” faction in the Gyumri City Council.
Knarik Harutyunyan conducted a training session with the community action groups we have established on the topic of “Gender Discriminatory Practices and Laws.”
During the training, participants became familiar with legal tools to promote gender equality and combat discrimination. They discussed the importance of ensuring equal rights for women and men and explored ways to overcome societal gender stereotypes.
Educational meetings like these help raise awareness and promote social justice in our communities.
