On November 29, the national conference on “Prevention of gender violence in Armenia” was held, in which the member of the Coalition to Stop Violence against Women Women’s Rights House participated. During the conference the following important and pivotal topics were discussed:

Current challenges in the field of domestic violence prevention and response and opportunities to overcome them in Armenia.

Systemic and intersecting problems of gender based violence, legal framework and opportunities for prevention in Armenia.

Similar events are extremely important for organizations fighting against gender-based violence. The gathering of the same ideologues will surely have its results.
