Self-care Camp For the WRH Team
The Women’s Rights House always values and emphasizes the self-care and well-being of its team.
Emphasizing the mental and physical health of the team, during the two-day self-care camp outside the city, we created a safe and supportive environment, addressed emotions, conducted self-care and emotional burnout assessment, and clarified burnout prevention mechanisms and solutions with psychologist Siranush Davtyan.
