We are looking for an additional Social Worker to join our team.
Position: Social Worker
 Location: Gyumri

Key Responsibilities:

•Assess beneficiaries’ needs and develop individual support plans.
•Provide social and informational counseling.
•Cooperate with community resources to ensure access to necessary services.
•Organize and implement programs based on beneficiaries’ needs.
•Collect data and prepare reports.
•Manage the hotline and statistics, complete databases and related documentation.
•Conduct awareness-raising activities related to support programs, and participate in meetings and trainings.
•Perform other duties related to the position.

Requirements

•Education in social work or a related field.
•Minimum of 2 years of work experience in social work.
•Ability to work in stressful situations.
•Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
•Excellent command of the Armenian language (knowledge of English will be considered an advantage).
•Computer skills (MS Office, Excel, etc.).
