As part of the “Changing the Agenda on Domestic Violence Issues in Armenia” program, we are looking for interviewers.

Position Responsibilities:
Complete training to develop interviewing skills,
Conduct interviews with the target group, ensuring confidentiality and sensitivity,
Collect data and enter it into the relevant database,- Follow the research methodology, implementation protocol (study protocol), and ethical guidelines,
Collaborate with the research team,
Summarize interview data, contributing to the accuracy of the research,
Ensure timely submission of interview data while maintaining clear communication with program coordinators,
Maintain high professional standards by showing respect, sensitivity, and patience in discussing complex and delicate issues related to domestic violence.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in sociology, social work, psychology, human rights, or related fields,
At least 2 years of experience in conducting interviews or qualitative data collection, preferably on topics related to gender issues, human rights, or domestic violence,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Armenian, Russian, and English,
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and trust with interview participants,
Experience working with information,- Knowledge of data collection programs or tools, as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel),
Ability to identify and resolve potential issues during interviews,
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
