“PodCath”: Karine Davtyan on Women’s Rights, Feminism, and Challenges in the Labor Market

 The guest of the “PodCath” program was the President of the Women’s Rights House, Karine Davtyan, who spoke about women’s rights, social equality, feminism, and the many challenges present in the labor market.

 During the program, she addressed the challenges women face, starting from the job-search process to opportunities for career advancement and participation in decision-making processes in the workplace.

 Special attention was given to the importance of raising public awareness, strengthening rights protection mechanisms, and ensuring equal opportunities as key foundations for building a stable and just society.

 The conversation also highlighted the women within our organization who, thanks to our support, have been able to develop their skills and achieve success.
