self-care therapy

With the support of the European Union, a self-care session was held at the Women’s Rights House office within the framework of the project “Human Rights with and for Refugees” for women and girls displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh.

During the meeting, participants were introduced to the importance of self-care, key approaches to maintaining mental health, and practical methods for coping with stress. Various ways of applying self-care in daily life were discussed, contributing to the maintenance of inner balance and emotional stability. Self-care is an important tool that helps reduce tension, increase self-awareness, and build healthy relationships both with oneself and with others.

The “Human Rights with and for Refugees” project is implemented with the support of the European Union by the Foundation for the Development of Democracy, the Estonian Refugee Council, the Coalition to Stop Violence Against Women, and Commit Global. The project aims to support and empower individuals displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh by raising awareness of their rights, as well as ensuring access to
information about available services and opportunities.
