We are constantly improving and improving our programs.

This time, the team implementing the “Women’s Economic Empowerment” program met with the employees of the Governor’s Office and community leaders and presented the program.

During the meeting, we jointly discussed the development possibilities of the project and highlighted effective ways.

Let’s remind that the “Women’s Economic Empowerment” program aims to give opportunities to women of socially vulnerable groups

📍 acquire knowledge and skills to integrate and become competitive in the labor market,

📍 become a participant in management and participatory processes, learn about local government services,

📍 establish and develop agricultural or micro-enterprises.Women will also have the opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills in practice through small grants and increase their income.

The general program is implemented in Gegharkunik, Shirak and Yerevan.

We implement the project with the cooperation of World Vision Armenia – Վորլդ Վիժն Հայաստան, Green Lane NGO, ” AGBU Chicago, Armenian General Benevolent Union, with the joint efforts of World Vision Amasya and Chambarak Regional Centers, “Martuni Women’s Community Council”, “Women’s Rights House” NGO.

The project is implemented within the framework of the “Economic Empowerment of Women in the South Caucasus, Phase II” project, which in turn is implemented jointly by United Nations-Women and the United Nations Development Program.
