Psychologist Marianna Pahlevanyan spoke about self-care, integrated safety and well-being and led very active group activities, as a result of which women and girls became aware of the effects of stress, depression, burnout, fear, anxiety, and trauma.
The participants of the camp were also able to recognize and evaluate their own personality, abilities and skills through special psychological techniques.
Thanks to the camp, the participants received positive emotions, high motivation and useful knowledge.
We aim to increase the awareness and sensitivity of the camp participants through trainings, to develop the abilities and skills of minority rights, defense mechanisms, healthy family relationships, labor rights, and other important topics, as well as the importance of therapies and self-care in a person’s life.
