On April 5, we were present at the opening of another of the sub-grants financed by us, the “Adult Club” in the Musayelyan settlement of the Ashotsk community.
Here, in the near future, there will be held a number of educational meetings on helu-making, soap-making, and the resulting products will be available for sale.
The purpose of the club is one: to educate, provide entertainment and discharge. Everyone’s contribution to our communities is critical to creating a safe and prosperous environment for us all, inclusiveness and improving the quality of life for all parties.
We hope to see forward-looking and realistic programs for other communities presented by other active groups and individuals.
Thank you to our sub-grantees Nane Vardanyan, Knarik Khachatryan, Elena Kontanjyan, community leaders, volunteers and everyone who contributed to the implementation of this project.
This project is implemented with the financial support of the Women’s Rights House and the National Endowment for Democracy.
