Labor rights protection projects

The Women’s Rights House regularly conducts labor rights awareness courses that cover labor rights, discrimination, employment contracts and defense mechanisms, as well as trainings are implementing on literate CV writing and developing skills in attending job interviews, creating and using an email addresses, and media literacy trainings.

The organization also provides free legal counselling to women, who faced labor rights violations.

Numbers:

  • During 2020-2021, legal counselling on labor rights violations was provided to 103 people.
  • During 2020-2021, the organization assisted 36 women and girls in finding jobs, and for 19 people competitive CVs have been compiled.
  • During 2020-2021, 64 women and girls gained employment and financial stability thanks to the economic empowerment projects implemented by the organization, as well as due to the CV compilation, job search assistance and referrals.
